• Setup a new 64-bit VM with apache2/centos 5.8 and Perl 5.8 by following  Installation Instruction.  Skip the mysql installation.
• Modify tusk.conf based on data in HSDB4::Constants and TUSK::Constants in 3.12
• Apply database changes
• Apply the customization from 3.12 if needed.
