How can the EDP or engineering design practices be incorporated into this activity?
Comment: In class of 5th graders, there was a wide range of programming skill. As this was somewhat of an introduction there were some students who finished the assignment very quickly in the 40 minutes or so given to work on it and others didn't quite finish. The creativity of this assignment was key. There were so many different designs using different sensors and different code that the kids were excited to show off their work and interested in their peers' projects.
