CHANGES TO OUR WIKI SERVICE

At the end of February 2024 Atlassian, the makers of Confluence, will no longer be supporting self-hosted instances of their product, including Tufts’ wiki instance (wikis.uit.tufts.edu).

This move is prompting us to take a close look at how people are using this wiki service to determine which services can best meet their needs in the future.

We will be working closely with the community of active Tufts Confluence/Wiki users to ensure that your content is safe, secure, and if necessary, migrated to another platform.

Toward that end we are asking our active wiki users to provide us with feedback on how you are currently using the platform, what functionality you find important, and what other questions and concerns you may have. Please take 5 minutes to complete the survey.

Also, in order to make the analysis of wiki use more manageable we have disabled the ability of users to create new spaces. Should you need a new wiki space please email edtech@tufts.edu.
