QUESTION OF THE WEEK: Travel Suspension
Each week the International Center will post a “Question of the Week.” This is a frequently asked question we have received in recent days and weeks from international students and scholars about visa and immigration matters or other issues of interest and concern. Check out this week’s question at https://icenter.tufts.edu. This week’s question is about the recent Executive Order and whether it has impact on F-1 students or J-1 exchange visitors. If you have a question you think should be posted on our web site, send us a message at internationalcenter@tufts.edu.

RESOURCES
Counseling and Mental Health Services (CMHS) has prepared a comprehensive resource guide for international students on managing mental health during the current COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak. Consult the guide for support resources both inside and outside the US, and get useful techniques on stress management, relaxation, and mental health apps. As always, taking care of yourself during these stressful times is a top priority.

Sincerely,

Tufts International Center
