Comment: This activity was definitely appropriate for our class (5th grade.)  They responded well to the challenge--were excited and engaged.  They did have trouble rebuilding without new materials, since many groups broke the spaghetti into tiny pieces at the beginning.  Overall this was a good introductory activity.
