About the Tufts IT Knowledgebase
The Tufts ITKB hosts documentation about university-wide services, projects, support, etc, directed at the university's IT professionals. You can navigate through the full hierarchy of content using the left sidebar. Please feel free to contribute by creating new sections, adding new pages, or editing/updating existing documentation.

Check out How to Use This Wiki for some general suggestions, ideas, and guidelines when updating the ITKB; visit Documentation Tasks to see some pages that could use your attention; check out Moving Documentation to the ITKB if you're looking to consolidate wikis and/or share from your internal wiki; or start adding new documentation about something that's missing!

Now that the ITKB has gotten much bigger (THANKS to everyone for contributing so much!), the sidebar has grown in size as well. I have a feeling the fact that you need to scroll through the sidebar is less than ideal. I'm considering reorganizing the "Service" sections in the sidebar into Categories to trim it down a little (you would of course need to expand a Category to see the Services underneath). Bad idea? Good idea? TechConnect Categories/Subcategories? TTS Website Categories? Any thoughts/ideas?
