The term "Web 2.0" has started to become overloaded with meanings these days. However, in the context of the Spark web site we use it to mean:
a new generation of Web-based tools that allow non-programmers to easily create and publish interactive content.
features built into Web-based applications that allow content creators and consumers to easily share, discuss, and categorize information into networks for themselves and others.
I'll use this section of the web site to provide you with link to more information on how "Web 2.0" is being used and how it's changing how people interact with digital information.
