Collaboration & partnership with Medford Information Technology Services
For most general computer/technical needs, faculty in Arts & Sciences and Engineering are supported by Information Technology Services (ITS, http://ase.tufts.edu/its), through their local frontline service providers (FSP). Although UIT also provides additional technical services, including email, antivirus software, internet, telephones, and network storage, those are not included in the list above because, ITS provides the direct support for Arts & Sciences and Engineering faculty who use those services.
