Before handling an electrical equipment, make sure that it is disconnected from any power source. Use rubber gloves.

  • Move to a cool, dry, clean location.
  • Rinse off debris if necessary.
  • Open covers to drain.
  • Let dry--dry in cool room with temperature between 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit and Rh of 40-50%.
  • It may also be appropriate to contact a disaster recovery company for drying and cleaning. See Computer Records Recovery and SalvageLabels parameters
