Welcome to Candice Silberschatz's Teaching Portfolio!

I graduated with a B.A. in Mathematics Education (5-Adult) from Glenville State College (Glenville, WV) in 2008, and I will be graduating from Tufts University (Medford, MA) with my M.S. in Mathematics Education in May 2010. While at Tufts, I have been working on the Tufts University/T.E.R.C. Early Algebra, Early Mathematics Research program. My education and experiences with the project has prepared me well to face the challenges of teaching high school mathematics to students. With my background I will be able to create a classroom environment where students can thrive intellectually.
