Welcome to the Tufts University Department of Education Classroom Curriculum Resource Module

Overview

This template can be used to introduce a variety of themes and scenarios that provide access to primary source materials for student centered activities.

Outcomes and Objectives

Teachers of multiple disciplines can use this template to aggregate digital resources into their classroom and use the contextualized background essays and suggested activities to generate student centered work and presentations. 

This template is designed to extend the resources of Libraries and Institutions and combine these digital assets with the educational curriculum expertise of the faculty from Tufts University.  This integrated approach to teaching and learning can provide new opportunities for teachers to use technology to organize materials and create a platform for student centered digital presentations. 

This sample module is makes use of resources from the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and other organizations that include Blackside Productions, WGBH, Alabama Department of Archives and History, and the National Archives Collection.
